We've rolled out some incredible new features - including two new skills that allow the Scheduling Assistant to engage caregivers about their availability and shifts over the phone and chat. Introducing Voice AI Agent for Caregiver Scheduling
Our customers told us that 80% of call center volume was tied to caregiver scheduling, so we listened. Arya's new Voice Agent now automatically calls busy caregivers, allowing them to manage their schedules without front office or call center staff in the mix.
Availability Agent: A New Entry Point into Reliable Scheduling
An accurate view of caregiver availability is a prerequisite for reliable scheduling and capacity. We're introducing v2.0 of our popular Availability Agent, which automatically reaches out to healthcare workers about their availability to work.
EMR Integrations: Real-time Data for Real-time Automations
We're excited to announce three updates to our ecosystem of integrations:
- CubHub Integration: CubHub customers can now seamlessly connect with Arya, allowing for a real-time view of patient, caregiver and scheduling updates to power real-time caregiver automations through Arya.
- Snowflake Integration v2.0: Arya customers using Snowflake as their data warehouse now have one more options to get real-time synching for their workforce data with Arya.
- Our new Webhooks are now live, allowing our customers to build their own custom integrations with Arya.
Dash 2.0: A Single Pane of Glass for Healthcare Workers
Healthcare workers face a "death of productivity by a thousand cuts" by having to log into multiple systems for non-clinical work. With Dash 2.0, healthcare workers can now access all their schedules, availability, pay information, and more—all in one place.
The need for reimagining how healthcare employers engage healthcare workers has never been more urgent. We've recently closed a $4 million financing to accelerate the pace at which we innovate, in service of this need. And so, expect a lot more great things in the coming months.
