Arya Health Raises $4 Million Seed Funding
Arya Health has been growing rapidly this past year. We support some of the most innovative healthcare services organizations with what I believe is already the most flexible workforce automation product on the market.
But the need to re-imagine how healthcare organizations engage their workforce has never been more urgent.
To accelerate our mission, we've raised $4 million, led by our new partner Twelve Below, along with existing investors Oceans and Ridge Ventures, and new investor Nebular VC. It will allow us to further capitalize on our momentum and push even harder towards empowering healthcare organizations with tools that not only streamline operations but also enhance staff engagement and retention.
The Jobs to be Done in Healthcare HCM
Human Capital Management— one of the most important enterprise software categories—is at a critical juncture. This past month, a large publicly traded company announced plans to shift away from a the biggest legacy HR system to building their own AI-driven human capital management workflows.
